BB Eviction Betting 11th July
The Housemates have been asked for their nominations this week, and have nominated Mario and Rebecca to face the public vote. The person to get the most votes will leave the Big Brother House in Friday’s eviction night special.
The question is who will go?
For the answer, we turn to bookmakers to find out how they judge the housemates chances. Paddy Power are offering bets on this weeks eviction, they are offering odds of 2/5 for Mario to go, or 7/4 that it’ll be Rebecca evicted.
These odds are pretty tight, which reflects the uncertainty being felt by the bookmakers. Neither housemate have made themselves unpopular on the outside, and are definitely going. Unlike last week where Jennifer was favourite by far, and got the boot.
Well with the bookmakers unable to to tell us, it is up to us all to weigh up the evidence, and make an informed decision before placing a bet. I guess the first way is using your own gut instinct. You may prefer one of these two housemates over the other, this preference may too be shared across the UK. If you need some encouragement (that your ideas are the same as others) you could check out the Big Brother website, read some of the comments related to the eviction.
Looking at the comments, most of them are in fact favouring Mario’s eviction, though they do point out that Bex is annoying, but that Mario is just about the most arrogant male around. He has certainly taken to manipulating the other housemates, and almost could be accused of running a military operation, as he builds himself an army of supporters in the house. At least that’s Stuart’s reason for getting rid of him.
Of course Mario’s other ‘crime’ is that he is mean to Kathreya. I do not know why he thought this would be a good strategy, I know he can’t know that she is favourite to win, but he must realise she has been harmless and entertaining. As she is favourite to win Big Brother the vast public, will not be pleased when he makes her cry, so his chances of being evicted are running pretty high.
Rebecca’s only downside is that she is extremely annoying, which is an obvious turn off, however it seems that she will be lucky this week because if she was up against anyone else, she would have surely gone.
