X Factor Final – Best Odds
Saturday will see the final of the X Factor, and what a final it’s going to be. With each of the three acts really deserving their places in the final, and unlike last year, there’s no clear cut winner. Getting to the final there has been a fair few shock evictions, with viewer apathy leading to the loss of some good singers, but I think the final has the best of the bunch included – is anyone disappointed with the final contestants? Would you have like to have seen someone else in there – tell us by leaving a comment.
We’ve already said there isn’t a clear cut winner in the final group, and this is backed up by the extremely tight odds on offer from the bookmakers, which I will show you below:
- Alexandra Burke – 6/4 Paddy Power
- JLS – 3/1 Blue Square
- Eoghan Quigg – 9/2 Paddy Power
So who are the finalists?
Well, in no particular order
we have Alexandra Burke, she has a great diva vocal ability, JLS is the all male group, and Eoghan Quigg the youngster who has been stealing all the grannies and teenage votes!
X Factor related markets
In addition to betting on the X Factor winner, there are a number of other markets to bet on. The winning manager is the obvious market to place a bet on. I’m sure it won’t come as a great surprise that Cheryl is the favourite manager with odds of 4/7 available from Boylesports, who are offering 3/1 on Louis and 4/1 on Simon to be the winning manager.
The speculation that Danni will not continue as a judge on the X Factor is quite rife with the bookmakers. totesport are offering 4/9 that she will not continue or 13/8 that she will. This speculation of course opens up another market, as to who will be her replacement. Favourite by far from all the bookmakers is Robbie Williams (9/2 from totesport). He seems to have disappeared from sight since moving to America, but they are thinking that he would make a likely candidate for the judges position. Other contenders are Mel B (13/2), Myleene Klass (10/1) and Gary Barlow (14/1 Ladbrokes, though totesport are offering 7/2, which could put him as a firm contender).
