Andy Murray Odds
Andy Murray is a true rarity – a successful British Tennis player. He is currently the highest-ranked British Tennis player, and ranked Number 2 in the world, behind Roger Federer (Rankings correct as of 17th August 2009). Born in Scotland in 1987, he plays his best game on fast surfaces such as a hard court, although he has since been working hard on improving his game on clay. He is respected as one of the hardest trainers in the game, constantly striving to reach optimum fitness and ability, and that is refected in his results.

He won his first major tournament (the Qatar ExxonMobil Open) in 2008, beating top seed and world No.4 Nikolay Davydenko along the way, propelling Murray into the World Top 10. In all, he has won 13 tournaments thus far, and no doubt has many more in his sights (he is after all still only 22), including of course Wimbledon and the US Open, where he finished as Runner-up to Roger Federer in 2008.
