Chelsea v Olympiakos Betting Preview

Chelsea v Olympiakos – Wednesday 5th March, Stamford Bridge, 19:45 kickoff.

The two sides met in a stalemate 0-0 draw in Greece two weeks ago, and the prize for the victor at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening is a place in the Quarter Finals of the Champions League. That would be a real coup for Olympiakos, as this is the first time since 1999 that they have managed to progress beyond the group phase of the Champions League.

Chelsea meanwhile join Manchester United and Barcelona as the only unbeaten sides in the compeition, having escaped defeat in their last seven Champions League matches since going down 1-0 against Liverpool in May 2007. Their last defeat at home in the competition was against Barcelona in February 2006.
