We’re now just a few days away from the beginning of the 2013 Formula One World Championship and the traditional curtain-raiser in Melbourne, and things are looking pretty good after the pre-season. While it can be difficult to truly gauge the progress of any team, and in particular Red Bull until you see them run in qualifying, there looked to be a good mix of teams capable of banging in a strong lap time, as well as some excellent competition in time-terms between many team-mates, I particular those at Mercedes.
